Mohan Shakti Heritage Park, also called Solan Heritage Park or simply Mohan Heritage Park, is an attractive heritage park built in the valley of district Solan in Himachal Pradesh. This park is spread over an area of about more than 40 acres. The scenic place is located by the bank of AshwaniKhadd. The Heritage Park is located at half an hour drive from the Shimla-Solan Highway. The Mohan Shakti Heritage Park is one of the most preferred tourist places for people visiting Shimla and Solan.

The Mohan Shakti Heritage Park was founded by Mr. Kapil Mohan, a retired Brigadier General and Padma Shree Award winner. He has always shown interests in educating people especially youth about the rich Vedic Culture of the Nation. The foundation stone of the Heritage Park was laid by the then prime Minister of the country, Mr. Atal Biahri Vajpayee. This project included an expense of more than a hundred crore rupees which included the construction of a temple with numerous statues of different gods and goddesses. According to the chairman of Mohan Shakti Trust, Brig Kapil Mohan, the park would be a serene place to learn and meditate.

Built across the wilderness, this heritage park is the first ever ancient heritage park in North India. It is also the largest heritage park in Himachal Pradesh. The entry to park begins with beautiful gardens filled with colorful flowers. The place is enriched with natural beauty that includes scenic views of mountains, grasslands, valleys, river, bird watching and a soothing weather. The center of the attraction is the heritage temple. This temple is full of different statues of gods and goddesses of Hindu mythology and sculptures that portray several legends of Vedic mythology. The temple is a place full of peace and calmness, best for meditating. It can also be fascinating to art lovers because the elegant work done in the temple is dazzling. A routine worship is carried out in the temple by the priests that include prayers and other Vedic rituals. Moreover this daily ritual of chanting holy prayers and mantra is one of the key attraction of the temple, that is a must watch for any one who visits this place. The walls of the temple are also full of artistic work that represents mythological things.
